What if I don't have any equipment? Programme is designed to be completely adaptable to your equipment. We pride ourselves on making training accessible to everyone no matter what equipment they have.

What if I already do a sport? Resistance training can be an amazing supplement to sport specific training, but make sure you chose your training frequency and intensity correctly. If you play tennis 3 times a week, maybe 1-2 session a week is right for you, it's very individual and you should work on finding the amount that suits you and your body.

What if I travel a lot? Then you need this app. We are adaptable to training environments from empty hotel rooms to the best equipped hotel gym, we create sessions that match your level, available space and equipment.

Can I do a free trial before signing up? Absolutely, we offer a 7 day free trail so you can see if we're the right fit for you.

What if I'm a beginner? Resistance training is for everyone. Like anything, its a skill that needs to be learned, we guide you through this process from the beginning, helping you ease in to an exercise routine that suits you.

Can I use this training to gain muscle? It really depends on your level. If you've been training at a high level for 5 years + you might not build much muscle using our training. If you've never taken training seriously and are relatively new, you'll gain lots of muscle. We wanted to build a training experience for real people, who have jobs and lives. If you want to replicate the bodybuilder physique, we are probably not the right fit.

How long are the sessions? It's up to you. We offer sessions between 30-60 minutes. You can update this at any time on your profile.

What if I just want random sessions? Random sessions can work for maintaining your current level but long term make it harder to see real progress. We’ve designed our programme to feel varied but also with direction.
